privacy policy
The protection of your personal data is a matter of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal regulations (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this data protection information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the scope of our website.
Contact with us
If you contact us via the form on the website or by e-mail, your specified data will be stored with us for the purpose of processing the request and in the event of follow-up questions for six months. We will not disclose this data without your consent.
Data storage
We would like to point out that for the purpose of simplifying the purchasing process and for later contract processing, the web shop operator stores the IP data of the subscriber as part of cookies, as well as the name and address of the buyer.
The data provided by you is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. There is no transmission of data to third parties, except for the transmission of credit card data to the processing banks/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company/shipping company commissioned by us for the delivery of the goods and to our tax consultant to fulfill our tax obligations.
After the purchasing process is abandoned, the data stored with us will be deleted. In the case of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the retention period under tax law (7 years). The data name, address, purchased goods, and date of purchase will be stored until the expiry of product liability (10 years). The data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 Abs 3 TKG as well as Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for contract fulfillment) of the GDPR.
Web-Analysis
Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. For this purpose, cookies are used, which enable an analysis of the use of the website by your users. The information generated in this way is transferred to the provider’s server and stored there.
You can prevent this by setting up your browser so that no cookies are stored.
We have concluded an order data processing agreement with the provider.

The Gravatar service’s privacy policy can be found here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment has been approved, your profile picture is publicly visible in the context of your comment.
