The film can be installed with a bit of patience in about 1-2 hours. Ensure the vehicle and surrounding area are at least 20°C to allow the film to be easily applied to the desired bending edges of the bumper.

Begin by aligning the film with the tow hook opening and squeegee out the water using the Tesla-Protect squeegee. Then, pull and stretch the film along the vehicle's edges until it fits perfectly. Be sure to allocate sufficient time for the installation.

Without Paint Protection Film, your Model 3 will quickly show rock chips on the front bumper. The water-repellent surface also makes it easier to remove dirt and insects, while protecting the paint from damage.
