Protect the front of your Model Y from stone chips:

The Regular front kit contains two individual products. The paint protection film for the bumper (in various versions) and the paint protection film for the hood (with and without folded edges). This means that your vehicle front is optimally protected against stone chips. You also receive an installation kit (squeegee and spray bottle) for installation.

The different films have different levels of difficulty and take different amounts of time.

• Paint protection Film for the Front Bumper:The precisely fitting Paint Protection Film for the vertical part of the front bumper offers comprehensive protection against all kinds of environmental influences that affect the vehicle when it is standing or driving. It provides optimal protection against stone chips that hit the flat front of the vehicle directly and cause damage to the paint.The film can be installed within 1-2 hours with a little patience.
  The vehicle and the surrounding area should be at least 20°C so that the film can be easily adjusted to the desired bending edges of the bumper. First align the film with the opening for the tow hook and wipe out the water with the Tesla Protect squeegee. Then pull and stretch the film along the bending edges on the vehicle until the film fits perfectly. Allow enough time for installation. Without paint protection film, your Model Y will soon have stone chips on the front bumper. The water-repellent surface makes it easier to remove dirt and insects and the paint will not be damaged.
  Easy Variant: The film can be easily applied within 20 minutes
  Medium Variant: The film can be applied without any problems with a little patience and tact and takes about 1-2 hours
  Hard Variant: The film absolutely requires the use of a hot air dryer or hair dryer and can only be applied precisely with experience and by stretching the film a lot.
• Paint protection film for the Hood:
  Our precisely fitting, cut paint protection film for the bonnet offers comprehensive protection against stone chips, which can easily damage your paint at high driving speeds. Due to the high surface quality, rainwater beads off as if by itself (lotus effect). Insects that hit the bonnet at high driving speeds can be safely wiped off with a sponge without scratching the paint. Even friendly animals from the neighborhood (martens, cats, etc.) will no longer damage the paintwork of your Tesla when they walk over your car at night. The paint protection film is very easy to apply, even without prior knowledge, within 20 minutes. Nevertheless, take enough time and read the included installation instructions carefully.

The film is available in two versions:
Wrapped edges:

• The edges are perfectly protected
• No dirt deposits on the adhesive edges
• Allow enough time for the edges to dry (use a hair dryer to help)

Without wrapped edges:

• Fast and even easier installation

Applying the entire set takes about 1-3 hours. A second person is recommended for installation. For the best possible result, be sure to allow enough time and use the Tesla-Protect squeegee provided for precise installation!
